WOD 7th December 2009.
After a successful train the trainer where a lot of food was collected and warm winter jackets rounded up for a good cause it was time for a little bit of payback.
Every minute on the minute 5 burpees followed by the remainder of the minute doing deadlifts. Deadlifts to be done at body weight or 135 men 95 women.
Workout was follwed by 1 rep max for strict press and front squat. Great figures Greg M – 185 strict press. Great work everybody. Tight form with the deadlifts. Lots of moaning and groaning with the strict press to get to those one rep max. Everybody improved on previous figures.
