  8. Pull ups
  9. Squat Thrusts
  10. Cleans

CrossFit Warm-up # 2 for Advanced Athletes:

This warm-up is ideal for the advanced athlete that wants to maintain and perfect higher level gymnastic skills such as handstand push ups and muscle-ups.

Complete 10-15 reps of each exercise
