If you are looking for an Ancaster boot camp program with some punch.  Steel City CrossFit is the first licenced CrossFit facility in the Hamilton and Ancaster area. CrossFit is the preeminent workout program of the Canadian Military, U.S. Military and the U.S. Navy Seals. A claim no  other Boot Camp program in the Ancaster area can make. With followers like that I guess you could say we are the only “REAL” Boot Camp in Hamilton.

Steel City CrossFit in Hamilton brings the CrossFit mentality and work-ethic to the Hamilton, Ontario region. Steel City CrossFit is the regions premier performance, strength and conditioning facility. We are committed to developing the “10 General Physical Skills“. World Class Fitness in 100 Words

  • Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat.
  • Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, C&J, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast.
  • Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense.
  • Regularly learn and play new sports.
