Day 98 of the 100 Day Burpee Challenge!

Thanksgiving Group WOD

4 members to a group:

30 minute AMRAP

The pace of the rounds is set by the first member running 400 m.

The second member swings a kettlebell until the runner gets back.

The third member does pushups until the runner gets back.

The fourth member gets to rest.

When the runner gets back, everybody moves up – runner gets to rest, rester does pushups, pushups goes to KBS, and KBS becomes the runner.

The group’s score is the total number of pushups and kettlebell swings done during the 30 minutes.
