2 Deadlifts ( 135/225)
5 Box jumps
10 Pull ups/ Body rows
300 m Row
After a rough start Laurie and Teresa dominated at 6 am.
Miranda “The New Girl” proved to be a force and a half at 9 am.Then, due to a packed house, the folks at 5 were forced to suffer through an intense mix of Split Jumps and Squat Tuck Jumps! Great job everyone!
