MB Madness

In teams of 2 for time:

With any size med ball complete:

400 m run

40 seated MB passes (back to back passes, switch direction at 20)

20 MB Burpees (burpees with out the push-up, on the way up throw the ball to partner over 3 m gap )

40 MB sit ups (passing the ball each sit up)

400 m run


KB Turkish get up – try 3 weights
