0-8:1 Mile run relay(switch every lap), Burpees to plates with remaining time.

8-18: 1 mile run relay, DB Ground to overhead with remaining time.

18-30: 1 mile run relay, Overhead walking Lunges (45/25) with remaining person working at one time. Score is number of reps of extra work.
