Participant (s) have to squat 22000lbs equilvalent to 10 metric tons.

Participant (s) have to bench press 22000lbs equilvalent to 10 metric tons.

Full range of movements required for both exercises.

Participants can attempt either/or of the exercises or both.

If attempting both they must complete one lift before moving onto the next.

Teams may enter as many participants as they wish.

Only one bar can be used between the team!

There is NO minimum / maximum weight that can be used as long as the total lifted = 22000lbs.
