The monkey run is a great way to learn how to move quickly on all fours, which could come in useful in a number of different sports situations.
To do a monkey run, start by squatting down and placing your hands on the ground a foot or two in front of your feet, about shoulder width apart. Then jump both feet forwards together, bringing them in-between your hands as you land. Bring your hands forward again to repeat the movement.
The monkey run will help strengthen your shoulders and arms, as well as make you more versatile while moving on the ground.
