Mark out a hexagon on the floor with 66 cm sides (hexagons have six sides with an interior angle of 60 degrees).
Begin in the middle of the hexagon, facing forwards. You will face the same direction during the entire exercise. Using a stopwatch (or a partner with a stopwatch), begin timing and jump out forwards over the line in front of you. Once you land, jump backwards into the centre of the hexagon. Then proceed to hop over each line of the hexagon, going in a circle and returning the to the centre after each hop. Remember to keep facing forwards the entire time. The exercise ends when you have gone around the hexagon for three complete circles.
You must hop off of and land on two feet, and you must fully cross over the correct line with each hop. Try to finish three circles as quickly as possible.
