Begin with both hands and feet down on the ground. Lean forward and place both your hands on the ground a foot or two in front of your feet. Then jump both your feet around to the side of your hands, landing with them in line or with the feet just ahead. Replace the hands a foot or two in front of the feet to continue the movement.
Keep facing forwards during the drill (don’t get turned sideways when you jump your feet forward).
Be sure to practice jumping your feet up to the right and to the left of the hands. One side will feel much more natural than the other (usually your dominant side), but practice both.
