An agility ladder is a simple piece of equipment that can be carried with you anywhere. They are cheap to buy, easy to make, and you could even draw one on the ground with a piece of chalk. Here are a few diagrams of some ladder drills that can help improve your foot speed and control.
Make sure you practice leading with both the left and right foot during the in and out, quick feet, lateral feet and tango drills!
