Fitness Boxing Classes

Our Fitness Boxing program is designed to provide the novice boxer, or those who are solely interested in boxing for its tremendous fitness benefits, with a foundation of cardiovascular fitness, muscular endurance, and improved reaction time and quickness, as well as teaching the basics of Olympic-Style (amateur) boxing (no sparring).  This boxing class will blow the fat right off your body, leaving you with the chiseled abs and the toned, defined physique of a champion.
