Hamilton’s most challenging training class, CrossFit will take your fitness to the elite level as we aim to achieve mastery of CrossFit’s 10 Physical Skills.  We incorporate Olympic lifts, calisthenics, gymnastic movements, plyometrics, running, rowing and core multi-joint lifts in ever changing and always challenging workouts.  CrossFit is great for improving body composition, athletic performance, and overall conditioning.
