Our Hamilton area CrossFit Fundamentals classes will teach you the skills, and provide you with the fitness base, to take part in our Full CrossFit classes. We will work out hard while we develop our foundational lifts and movement paterns. The beginning of your road to improved body composition, health, and elite fitness.
