I’m intersted in your boxfit program. Like the idea of boxing as a workout. I have a few questions:

Are your programs for adults (I’m 44)
    Where are you located?
    How much is your program?
Do you have a schedule? How can I join?

    Thanks

    Regards Pete

    Hi Rachel and Kota,

We are located at 1 East St N in Dundas just across from the Canadian Tire. The cost of the program is dependent on the number of times you would be attending each week. We would be more than happy to have the two of you come in to try a class or two and we could discuss joining at this time. Please contact us if you have any further questions and we would love to see you Tuesday night at 6pm for a free trial class!
