Our CrossFit Kids program provides 6-12 year olds the opportunity to improve their confidence, strength and overall fitness in a fun, challenging and varied environment. Like our regular CrossFit program, the CrossFit Kids fitness program uses the template of randomized, functional exercises performed at high intensity. We make adjustments to accommodate the specific needs and requirements of children and pre-teens, while also establishing a strong fitness foundation for the future. Parents are also encouraged to participate and work alongside with their children to help reinforce healthy exercise habits at a young age.

Steel City CrossFit 100 Day Burpee Challenge!!!
Steel City CrossFit, Hamilton would like to invite you to join us in the 100 Day Burpee Challenge, which we began in class on July 5.
Here are the rules:
On Day 1, do 1 burpee.
On Day 2, do 2 burpees.
Keep going until you do 100 burpees on Day 100.
Days 25, 50, 75 and 100 are timed like a regular CrossFit WOD, to check on your progress. On the other days, you can complete the burpees in as many sets as you like over the entire day.
If you miss a day, you have to make up those burpees the next day. Don’t worry if you’ve missed the first couple of days, there are only a few to catch up on!
Join in and you’ll become a burpee pro in no time!
