Three New Class Times Added!

Beginning Saturday August 13th, 2011, Steel City CrossFit will be offering CrossFit classes Mondays and Wednesdays at 6 pm, as well as Saturdays at 12:15 pm.

New Steel City CrossFit Schedule!

As of July 19, 2011, we are bringing back the 5 pm classes on Monday and Wednesday, and have added 12:15 classes on Tuesday and Thursday.

Do you prefer working on your own rather than in a class setting?  Then come check out our 8 am open gym times, running Monday through Friday.  You are free to follow the daily WOD, or work on whatever you feel like, under the guidance of our expert instructors.

Steel City CrossFit 100 Day Burpee Challenge!!!

Steel City CrossFit, Hamilton would like to invite you to join us in the 100 Day Burpee Challenge, which we began in class on July 5.

 

Here are the rules:

On Day 1, do 1 burpee.

On Day 2, do 2 burpees.

Keep going until you do 100 burpees on Day 100.

Days 25, 50, 75 and 100 are timed like a regular CrossFit WOD, to check on your progress.  On the other days, you can complete the burpees in as many sets as you like over the entire day.

If you miss a day, you have to make up those burpees the next day.  Don’t worry if you’ve missed the first couple of days, there are only a few to catch up on!

Join in and you’ll become a burpee pro in no time!
