Schedule Update

As of Tuesday, December 27, 2011, Steel City CrossFit, Hamilton will no longer be offering our Wednesday 7 pm Bootcamp class.

Holiday Hours

Happy holidays merry CrossFitters!!

Classes will be scheduled as normal this holiday season with the following exceptions:

Sunday December 25 – Closed

Monday December 26 – 10 am CrossFit class

Sunday January 1 – No classes, but Phoenix Fitness is open 9 am – 5 pm

 

Spinning Classes Are Now Included With Our Unlimited Membership!

Are you looking for a little long slow distance cardio training to keep active on your recovery days?

How about interval training to help improve your cycling VO2 max, lactate threshold and anaerobic recovery?

Spinning can provide both of those options for you, and will complement your high intensity CrossFit training, so we’ve made spinning classes available with our Unlimited Membership Package.

This also gives you full access to Phoenix Fitness, including our yoga classes, which are a great way to keep up your mobility, and are CrossFit approved.

Schedule Changes

As of November 6 there will be a few changes to Steel City CrossFit’s schedule:

Mondays at 7 pm we will now be offering a class dedicated to Olympic lifting and kettlebell work.

Wednesdays at 7 pm we will now be offering another bootcamp class.

We will no longer be offering 12:15 pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

The Tidal Showdown

Tidal CrossFit in Toronto is holding a CrossFit Tournament December 3, 2011.

If you are interested in participating on our team, entry WODs may be completed here at Steel City CrossFit, judged by one of our trainers.

The top 2 males and females that submit can qualify to compete in the head-to-head showdown as Team Steel City CrossFit.

Entry WODs are available online at Tidal Showdown.  Final WOD submissions are due by November 20, 2011.
