Sept 15/08 Work Out of the Day -WOD

Complete the following for time:

  • 1000 m Row
  • 100 Sit Ups
  • 100 Good Mornings
  • 750 m Row
  • 75 Sit Ups
  • 75 Good Mornings
  • 500 m Row
  • 50 Sit Ups
  • 50 Good Mornings
  • 250 m Row
  • 25 Sit Ups
  • 25 Good Mornings
 

Monday Sept 1st Class

There will be one class on Labour Day at 9AM

All other classes that day will be cancelled for the holiday.

 

Biggest Impact on Fitness level in 30 years

Hi Adam
Because we are moving to Burlington I will have to terminate my membership at CrossFit. Thanks for all the great workouts even though I may not have seemed to enjoy them so much. Of everything I have done in my 30 plus years of working out this has definitely had the biggest impact on my fitness level.
