21 – 18 -15 – 12 – 9 – 6 – 3 Rep rounds of the following couplet for time:

  • Box Jumps
  • Push Press

Sept 20/08 Workout of the Day – WoD

Complete the following triplet 5 times ramping up to max weight on the Deadlift.  Do each triplet as fast as you can then take at least 2 min rest between each set.

  • 5 Deadlift
  • 10 KB Snatches per arm
  • 15 Sit Ups Ball Throws
 

Sept 19/08 Workout of the Day- WOD

  • 200 ft Sprint
  • 7 KB swings

Complete max rounds in 20 mins.
